These products are for sale exclusively to patients of Skin Deep Laser Med Spa. If you are not currently a patient, please call (626) 449-8873 to schedule an appointment.

Our Subscription program was designed to prevent interruptions in your supply of your medical skin care in order to maximize your results per instructions from your skin care provider. If you select the Subscription purchase option, the following terms and conditions will apply to your purchase:

You authorize us to automatically place and ship future orders for your selected Subscription items according to the frequency shown during your initial purchase. Payment for each subsequent shipment will be automatically charged to the same credit card that you used for the initial purchase, unless you notify us otherwise. By proceeding with your Subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that Skin Deep Laser Med Spa will not obtain additional authorization from you for each future shipment. In addition, you do not hold Skin Deep Laser Med Spa responsible for any overdraft charges or fees which you might incur during the ongoing Subscription program. If you choose to cancel an active Subscription order, you can do so from your Subscription cart, but you must do so 48 hours before the next shipment date indicated in your Subscription cart.

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Skin Deep Laser Med Spa. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of Skin Deep Laser Med Spa.

Skin Deep Laser Med Spa reserves the right to update or revise these Subscription Terms and Conditions at any time.



We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Michael Schwartz MD products, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
  • Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
  • Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

Please Note: Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.



We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.

  • We accept exchanges on items purchased only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
  • Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.  On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
  • If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our staff members may reach out to you for further information.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact our  within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 30 days and receipt is required.
